1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student", "User", or "Participant") and App Vertex Hub Training Co., Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and participation in our technical analysis workshops, the Intraday Chart Review Intensive, Chart Lab sessions, seminars, and the website located at app-vertexhub.click.

By submitting an enrollment application, paying educational tuition, or accessing our curriculum materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Educational Scope & Non-Financial Advisory Notice

App Vertex Hub Training Co., Ltd. is an educational institution dedicated strictly to technical market analysis training, chart interpretation, and post-market review discipline.

All content, training sessions, chart rubrics, webinars, and materials provided by the Company are for educational and illustrative purposes only. Nothing contained on our website or delivered during our workshops constitutes financial advice, investment advisory services, capital management, or a solicitation to buy or sell securities, commodities, futures, or foreign exchange instruments.

Trading financial instruments carries substantial risk of loss. Past performance or historical chart replay results analyzed during training do not guarantee future performance. Students remain solely responsible for any decisions made in their independent trading accounts.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All educational materials—including but not limited to proprietary chart rubrics, session replay video archives, curriculum slide decks, risk calculation spreadsheets, and written guides—remain the exclusive intellectual property of App Vertex Hub Training Co., Ltd.

Students are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to review curriculum materials for their personal study. You agree not to distribute, resell, retransmit, publicly broadcast, or reproduce any portion of the training content without our prior written consent.

4. Student Code of Conduct & Studio Regulations

Participants enrolled in physical Chiang Mai studio sessions or live remote video streams agree to maintain professional decorum, respect peer privacy during live chart audits, and adhere to instructor guidance. Any disruptive behavior, harassment, or unauthorized recording of cohort participants will result in immediate expulsion without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, App Vertex Hub Training Co., Ltd., its directors, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in our training courses or your application of technical analysis methods in live markets.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our educational services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
